Picnicbasketsdelivered.com has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation, and instructions. Customized items, software items, special order items and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We can only issue a refund or credit to the original purchaser. You must notify us prior to returning merchandise and include a copy of your invoice with your return.
Warranty Information
Many of the products sold by Picnicbasketsdelivered.com come with a Limited Warranty provided by the product manufacturer. While Picnicbasketsdelivered.com will attempt to facilitate any warranty claim between our customers and manufacturers, all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturers.

Notifications & Emails
After your initial online order, we will send you a confirmation email. It will include a list of the products you ordered, the address that the shipment will be sent to, and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. You will also receive an order number that can be referenced, in case you have any questions, concerns, or you would like to request a change to your order.
In the case that a product you ordered is out of stock (refer below), we will contact you and put your order on hold. If your credit card has already been charged, we will provide a credit for the amount charged until your order is processed.
Products Availability
Unless otherwise noted all products listed on our site are in stock and will be available for shipping as soon as the order is received.
What if an item is out of stock?
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. Our website contains inventory availability for each item, so you can only order items that are in stock. From time to time, an item that says it is available turns out not to be. If this is the case, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is back in stock.
When are back orders shipped?
Most back orders ship within 7–14 days. However, some items, may take longer. Backordered items will be shipped immediately upon availability. To check on the status of a back order, contact us.
