Shipping Policy
Shipping times
At Picnicbasketsdelivered.com, we aim to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm EST). If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed the next day.
We aim to provide our customers with the best value for the products we stock. To do this, we minimise costs to provide the best prices. As such, we do not incur storage costs and our products are shipped to you directly from a third party warehouse. After we process your order, it generally takes 1-2 business days for your order to leave the warehouse.
Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. Please allow 4-7 business days after your order leaves the warehouse for your order to arrive. If you require your order more urgently, other UPS delivery options are available. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like expedited shipping and we can process your order over the phone or provide arrangements for placing your order through email. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping.
We note that our shipping policy applies only to orders within the US and Canada.
APO/FPO & P.O. Box Addresses
We can NOT guarantee shipments to APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses. Any delays in time, damages or lost packages will have to be handles directly with UPS by the customer. Not all products are available for shipping to APO/FPO & P.O. Box Addresses, please call for more information. To avoid delays and additional fees we suggest shipping your order to a physical address rather than a PO Box.
International Shipping
Currently, international shipping to locations outside the US and Canada is not available. If you would like us to contact you when international shipping becomes available, please contact us.
For shipping to Canada, we note that you will be responsible for any duties, taxes or other amount payable to customs.
Christmas and other holidays
As most businesses close during Christmas and other holidays, if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas (or other holiday such as Easter or Thanksgiving), we recommend that you place your order for products more than 15 business days in advance. If you do not place your order more than 15 business days in advance, we cannot guarantee that your products will arrive before Christmas (or other holiday).
